This hide was tanned, hand beaded & hand painted in the traditional style of his tribe at the time, every symbol has a certain meaning.
This was purchased in a shop (which has now closed) in Billings,Montana, USA.
I have had it hand framed and stretched n hand stitched onto NZ Willow by a local artist, who also appreciates the work and skill gone into making this particular piece!
The artist whom made and designed this hide name is Mahto,Sica.Aca or traditionally known as "Wicked Bear" of the Sioux Nation.
