Old Mountain Ute cradleboard
This board is has a hood made with woven reeds,the covering is leather,it has several bands of beading and is leather laced up in the front.
This board was purchased in Wyoming.
These boards are quite wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. The hoods are much smaller than some, but still serve the purpose.
